I miss my really strong black coffee in the mornings. But as I am on the health kick I am now drinking four cups of green tea a day.
I would like to say I am enjoying it and go on to say how the refreshing properties of green tea are perking me up but sadly I just can't. This stuff tastes awful but I'm drinking it anyway because it is the only thing that through studies has been shown to aid weight loss in a big way.
Problem is you have to drink four cups a day.
