Every Cloud....

I have a few people who I love to bits. Vicki is one of them and it's a shame that I only get to see her for a few hours every few years, but yesterday was one of those times when we were both in the same part of the country and not both working so I had a lovely day catching up, drinking gin and listening to Leonard Cohen, Gill Scott Heron and Josh Rouse who I had on vinyl but hadn't heard for ages.

Now everybody's scared
Scared of being lonely and abandoned

Then you people all know know what I'm talkin' about

Monkey pushed in for a minute, but then he was pushed out again because I'm afraid this night was mine with one of my special people and I was damn well going to enjoy it without conversation turning to fruit.

There is a tentative plan to go to a festival and meet up later in the year, I have a tent so I am tentativly planning on making this happen.

You lifted me yesterday Vicki, don't know what and where else but you are my Silver Lining.
