Two is better than one

There are times when it is so obvious that the majority of decision makers within the govt are men.
They have now decided that it is legal for prostitutes to work in pairs, where do there minds come up with these wonders, two women working together Gawd bless you gentlemen, it's like a dream come true....and all legal too.
